We also provide services in surface treatment such as Anodic oxidation. Our finishing process is subject to the same strict quality control process to ensure that the finish is beautiful and flawless before it is sent out. If there is even a single machining mark or tooling scratch, the part gets sent back.

QUALITY COMES FIRST

We take quality control and accuracy very seriously here which is why we have implemented a 100% qualified rate. If a part doesn’t meet our strict standards, it does not get sent out. Period.

We test each part for dimensions, tolerance, and flatness to ensure that the piece is within our customer’s specifications down to the smallest units of measurement. Like, each tolerance is within 0.1mm per 20mm of material, each angle to the 1 degree, and flatness down to 0.1 mm per 20mm².
